How to upload and post photos in forum?

  1. Make sure you have saved your screenshot in a particular folder for example, in ¡°My Picture¡±.
  1. Log on to www.imageshack.us

    2. (This is a link where you can upload your photo without subscribe for the service)

  1. Click ¡°Browse..¡± icon

  1. A window table will pop out, for example,

  1. Select the folder/ file which you saved your screenshot in early time (for example, in ¡°My picture¡±).

  1. The picture link will appear in the box beside the ¡°Browse..¡± icon, as below,

  1. Click ¡°host it!¡±

If the box appears ¡°bad file type¡±, please make sure your screenshot is saved under ¡°Paint¡± system (in other words, screenshot must save as a picture. If pasting your screenshot in Microsoft Words, and then save in folder, the screenshot cannot be uploaded)

  1. Wait for uploading after clicking ¡°host it!¡±

  1. The below page will appear once uploading success:

  1. Copy the URL from ¡°Hotlink for forums (1)¡±

  1. Log on to SDO-X official forum

  1. We will create an ¡°Event Section¡± (still under process, subject to change). You may enter to this section, open a new thread and paste your URL. For example:

  1. Do remember the title in your new thread.
    a. From 5th ¨C 7th April 2008 (Elimination Round ONE), the thread title should be ¡°Exclusive Fashion
        Show Eliminating Round ONE for (your character name)

      Example: Exclusive Fashion Show Eliminating Round ONE for Lucy
      Example: Exclusive Fashion Show Eliminating Round ONE for Robert
    b. From 9th May ¨C 14th May 2008 (Elimination Round TWO), the thread title should be ¡°Exclusive
        Fashion Show Eliminating Round TWO for (your character name)

      Example: Exclusive Fashion Show Eliminating Round TWO for Lucy
      Example: Exclusive Fashion Show Eliminating Round TWO for Robert
    c. From 16th May ¨C 21st May 2008 (Elimination Round THREE), the thread title should be ¡°Exclusive
        Fashion Show Eliminating Round THREE for (your character name)

      Example: Exclusive Fashion Show Eliminating Round THREE for Lucy
      Example: Exclusive Fashion Show Eliminating Round THREE for Robert

  1. Move the cursor to ¡°image¡± icon

  1. A box will request to insert URL. The URL is the one you copy from ¡°Hotlink for forums (1)¡± at www.imageshack.us (Please refer No.10) (Please refer No.10)

  1. The URL will appear in the message box once you click ¡°submit¡±.

  1. Finally, click ¡°Thread¡± (in yellow box) to submit this new thread.

  1. Congratulations!! You success to post your character picture at here!
